there are many factors that go into a person's decision whether to buy from you or from other seller.
Some of them are:
1. Can I trust you? - what is your overall feedback?
are you a top rated seller?
does your feedback score over 99% ?
How many items you sold before?
2. Does your page look professional? -
have you organized the information is a clear way that enable buyers to find what they need to know quickly?
is the text size big enough? not too big?
Does your listing convey trust?
3. Are you answering my needs?
When selling an item, you need to provide the information that the potential seller is looking for.
Example: if you are selling a laptop, there are sepcs that people expect to see immediately such as processor type and speed, how much RAM, size of screen etc.
This information should jump to their eyes immediately as you usually have up to 7 seconds to grab their attention.
Ask yourself if the items you are selling are giving the buyers the information they need immediately through the description or title.
4. Are you listing the products in the correct category?
11 views is not a lot, you are either selling something extremely niche or you might not be advertising it in the correct category thus not reaching the full potential audience.
